Diving Queensland is pleased to be offering a Judging workshop to all our members, ranging from beginners to our most experienced.
EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO ATTEND THIS FREE EVENT.
This course is not just for those wanting to start their judging journey, but also experineced judges are encouraged to attended as part of the maintenance criteria necessary to maintain their judging accreditation.
The Judges workshop structure will cover the following:
- intro to diving and basic categories
- synchro rules
- armstands
- dive numbers and positions
- faults and summaries of dive components
- referee duties, procedures
- Psychology of judging diving
- includes a comprehensive power point presentation.
The judge’s exam will be available for all who need to either update or start their judging pathway.
Complimentary morning tea will be provided.
